WE ARE HIRING: Procurement Manager

We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager for our esteemed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo.

Supplier Management skills to build a reliable and agile supply chain within the country and across the globe
Ability to negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure delivering the best value to the company
Good Product knowledge and keen attention to detail to ensure contracts, orders, and supplies meet specified requirements of the internal Customers
Analytics Capability to analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost analysis to make informed decisions and drive Cost saving initiatives
Exposure to ERP and eProcurement systems

A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field is an advantage
Minimum 10-12 years of previous work experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar field within the hotel industry is mandatory
Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management to control expenses and improve efficiency
Ability to develop strategic plans for procurement that align with the company's overall goals
