WE ARE HIRING: Procurement Manager

We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager for our esteemed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo.

Required skills:

  • Supplier Management skills to build a reliable and agile supply chain within the country and across the globe
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure delivering the best value to the company
  • Good Product knowledge and keen attention to detail to ensure contracts, orders, and supplies meet specified requirements of the internal Customers
  • Analytics Capability to analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost analysis to make informed decisions and drive Cost saving initiatives
  • Exposure to ERP and eProcurement systems

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field is an advantage
  • Minimum 10-12 years of previous work experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar field within the hotel industry is mandatory
  • Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management to control expenses and improve efficiency
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for procurement that align with the company's overall goals
