Are you passionate about driving positive change? We're seeking a dedicated CSR Manager to lead our corporate social responsibility initiatives in Panadura, Sri Lanka. As a CSR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's impact on society while enhancing our reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and Executing CSR Programs: Lead the design and implementation of CSR initiatives aligned with our values and goals, spanning environmental sustainability, community engagement, and ethical business practices.
- Program Reviews: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, analyzing data and gathering stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Communicate outcomes and impact to senior management and stakeholders, collaborating with marketing to enhance our CSR brand.
- Ensuring Compliance: Stay abreast of regulations and sustainability trends, ensuring ethical practices and fostering a culture of responsibility.
- Talent Acquisition: Attract and recruit passionate individuals dedicated to advancing our CSR goals.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in sustainability, business, or related fields. Additional certifications in CSR or sustainability management preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in CSR or related fields, with strong project management skills and a track record of collaboration.
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and leadership abilities, with a strategic mindset and a passion for social impact.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Deep understanding of CSR principles, sustainability practices, and industry trends.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- High integrity, empathy, and commitment to social responsibility, with the ability to inspire others.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Age/Gender: 30-35 years
- Female preferred.
