Entry-Level IT/eCommerce Assistant

We're on the lookout for an Entry-Level IT Assistant & eCommerce Sales Trainee to join our team. In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training as you assist with website management, Google Ads, online sales channels, and artwork creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Support: Learn to maintain and update company websites under the guidance of experienced team members, ensuring they are user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Google Ads Assistance: Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns, learning the ropes of keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Online Sales Channel Support: Gain hands-on experience in managing various online sales platforms, including inventory management and customer service.
- Artwork Collaboration: Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling visual assets for online marketing materials and social media platforms.
DIGITAL MARKETING
Requirements:
- Strong interest in technology, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some coursework or self-study in web development, graphic design, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with basic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Any exposure to online sales platforms or digital advertising is a plus.
