Senior Executive - Incentive Travel
We are in search of a seasoned and result-oriented professional to be part of our Leisure Team at Mackinnons Travel (Pvt) Limited, one of Sri Lanka's premier travel agents specializing in both Business and Leisure travel products. MAET is a subsidiary of John Keells Group and the Global Business Travel partner of American Express since 1979.
As a Senior Executive - Incentive Travel you shall develop and manage incentive travel programs tailored to the specific needs and objectives of clients. Your responsibilities will include researching and recommending destinations, venues, and activities that align with the goals of incentive travel programs. Coordinate all logistics related to travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, dining, and activities for program participants. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with airlines and suppliers, collaborating with team members for outstanding results, and gathering valuable feedback to continuously improve our services.
To excel in this position, a solid understanding of the travel and airline industry, prior experience in a similar role, and proficiency in the Amadeus reservation system are essential. An existing portfolio of incentive clients is an added advantage. Success in this role requires attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
