EXECUTIVE - GROUP ASSURANCE
Person
- Energetic, innovative, efficient & ambitious individual below 30 years of age.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills is a must.
- Ability to build a strong and trustworthy relationship with customers and prioritize the tasks to meet deadlines.
Job Description
- Execute tasks related to Group Life Insurance operations, including policy issuance, underwriting and claims settlements.
- Engage in effective communication with customers to address inquiries, provide assistance and ensure customer satisfaction regarding Group Life Insurance policies and claims.
Qualifications
- Passed GCE (A/L) Examination in Science/ Mathematics/ Commerce Stream in one sitting.
- A degree in a relevant field from a recognised university Or,
- Full or partial qualification in a Diploma in Insurance from CII/SLII or an equivalent qualification, will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in both English and Sinhala languages.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Life Underwriting and Life Operation functions.
