Duties & Responsibility

Conduct quality inspection and test on raw materials, packing materials and finished products.
Ensure the production processes compliance with the given quality standards. Review statistical data from production lines to identify quality problems. Ensure relevant QMS in place as well as strict adherence to SOPs.
Frequently visit Subcontracting places and ensure the quality standards are followed by them.
Record and update the quality reports.

Candidate Profile

NVQ 5 or 6 level in the field of Agriculture or equivalent qualification in related field. Pass G.C.E. A/L and G.C.E.O/L including Mathematics as a pass subject. Experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.
Communication skills in English, both spoken & written at a Manageable level. Computer literate, MS Office.
Good team player with positive attitude and the ability to motivate and develop subordinates.
A fast learner, self-motivating and efficient person with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work long hours. Valid motorcycle riding license.
