Assistant Manager Business Development

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO:

  • Possesses a BSc./BA in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or a relevant field or a professional qualification from a recognised university/institute.
  • Has 4+ years of field sales experience in real estate/property management, including 2+ years in a managerial position (similar capacity as AM).
  • Has the ability to pursue & sign up real estate/property members to the member base.
  • Can stay abreast of market trends and market situations.
  • Can be responsible for keeping detailed records of field visit activities, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Can create strategic plans for field visits based on sales targets, territories & customer needs
  • Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Possesses excellent communication and leadership skills.
