CALL CENTER OPERATOR

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, HUMAN RESOURCES, ACCOUNTING OR A RELATED FIELD.
  • MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER, CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HEALTHCARE SETTING PREFERRED.
  • EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WITH A COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL PHONE MANNER.
