Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our team members.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and software.
- Help manage IT infrastructure and network components.
- Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Certificate / Diploma/Higher Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, LAN, WAN & VPN network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with business, graphic & analytic software applications.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Great team player who is willing to learn new technologies with a can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
