"This role entails ensuring the seamless daily sales operations at the franchise showroom. Responsibilities include supervising daily transactions, monitoring product stock availability, and meeting customer requirements."

Key duties and responsibilities of the job include:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting sales volume targets for the showroom.
- Stock Management: Ensure timely ordering and availability of required stocks in the showroom, while maintaining buffer stocks and reorder levels.
- Stock Monitoring: Continuously monitor and manage stock levels.
- Invoicing and Record Keeping: Generate customer invoices, deposit daily sales into the company account, and maintain accurate records.
- Audit Support: Assist with monthly audits.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a well-organized and tidy showroom.
- Sales Expertise: Utilize sales skills to attract and retain customers.
- Other Assigned Duties: Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Education: Successful completion of G.C.E. (O/L) is required, and currently sitting for G.C.E. (A/L) would be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Showroom Sales Representative is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Ability to achieve defined sales targets and strategically plan for business growth.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office packages and applications.
- ERP Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Communication and PR: Strong communication and public relations skills.
