We are currently in search of a self-driven and meticulous individual to fill the role of Senior Art Director within our team. POST OF ART DIRECTOR
Understand clients' briefs to come up with creative concepts and promotional materials that suit Online and Offline channels (Digital/Print Media).
Visualize the big picture of a Brand, Product, Service, Promotion, and communicate the idea clearly through creative visuals.
Liaise with external vendors for branding and printing requirements.
Provide all the necessary artworks and documents on a timely manner for client requirements. Create all kinds of creative design work, final artwork preparation, and delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in creative design, preferably in an advertising agency. Communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Age between 20-30.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and collaborative attitude.
Creative thinking, art direction, and project management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
Sound knowledge of Adobe Packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are a must).
Desire to learn and grow with minimal supervision.
Final artwork preparation and delivery.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work under pressure and, if necessary, work late hours to meet deadlines.
Time management skills.
Good team player.
