Responsibilities:
- Device and implement the digital marketing strategy for the leisure cluster.
- Manage and improve the usability, design, content and conversion of websites.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan and execute, new and creative growth strategies in the digital space.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch points.
- Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the digital space with professional qualification in marketing, digital communication or related field
- A proven track record in creating and delivering successful and cost-effective digital marketing campaigns that lead to notable increases in inbound traffic and unique users is a must. Traditional marketing experience is a plus.
- Similar experience in the leisure sector and/or e-commerce would be a distinct advantage. Deep understanding of and hands-on experience in social media is vital.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil.
- Proven ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of internal and external contacts.
- A multi-tasker who is great at managing people, projects, deadlines and working under pressure. Extremely organized and detail oriented, ability to work independently and under pressure.
