Senior Manager Business Controlling
Our client is a member of a well-established and reputed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Should be fully CIMA Qualified - ACMA is an added advantage
- Experience - Over 5+ years in controlling, management accounting, analysis
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial management software
