Human Resource Degree/ Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution.
Minimum 03 years' experience in the Human Resources Department.
Strong interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and highly responsible personnel.
Should be able to work with minimum supervision with a go-getter attitude.
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages.
The ability to communicate in Tamil language is a must.

Willingness to travel in Eastern & Northern Province.
