TRAINER-ASSISTANT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train service staff in all outlets (Require to travel)
  • Formulate training calendar according to the needs
  • Conduct On the Job Training sessions and observations until staff are 100% proficient
  • Conduct LVRs & SVRs (Long & Short Visitation report)
  • Execute staff promotions after training completion
  • Formulate reward and recognition programmes

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 5 years experience in the area of training either in an MNC or Hotel
  • Hotel school qualification on F&B service
  • Restaurant/Pub training experience or Overseas working experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala (Knowledge of Tamil is an advantage)
  • Possess a driver license
  • Conversant in MS applications
