TRAINER-ASSISTANT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train service staff in all outlets (Require to travel)
- Formulate training calendar according to the needs
- Conduct On the Job Training sessions and observations until staff are 100% proficient
- Conduct LVRs & SVRs (Long & Short Visitation report)
- Execute staff promotions after training completion
- Formulate reward and recognition programmes
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5 years experience in the area of training either in an MNC or Hotel
- Hotel school qualification on F&B service
- Restaurant/Pub training experience or Overseas working experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala (Knowledge of Tamil is an advantage)
- Possess a driver license
- Conversant in MS applications
