EXECUTIVE-HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle the recruitment and onboarding process effectively
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to off-boarding process
  • Handle the Human Resources Information systems (HRIS)
  • Generate & provide reports covering all HR activities
  • Initiate talent retention, performance development and management strategies
  • Implement best HR practices to support the organization goals

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in Human Resources/ CQHRM
  • Minimum 4 years experience handling core HR functions including HRIS
  • Excellent in MS applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Passionate, analytical have sound judgement
  • Efficient, work independently with minimal supervision
