EXECUTIVE-HR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the recruitment and onboarding process effectively
- Handle all administrative tasks related to off-boarding process
- Handle the Human Resources Information systems (HRIS)
- Generate & provide reports covering all HR activities
- Initiate talent retention, performance development and management strategies
- Implement best HR practices to support the organization goals
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources/ CQHRM
- Minimum 4 years experience handling core HR functions including HRIS
- Excellent in MS applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English language
- Passionate, analytical have sound judgement
- Efficient, work independently with minimal supervision
