HR ASSISTANT
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age below 27 years
- Male or Female candidates
- G.C.E. Advance Level with 03 passes
- Professional qualification in HR field or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute
- Computer literacy is must
- Minimum 01 year experience in HR field
- Should have a sound knowledge in operating with a HRIS system, labour laws etc.
- Good Communication skills and excellent in team working Ability to work under pressure
HR EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age below 27 years
- Female candidates only
- Professional qualification in HR field or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Possess more than 03 years experience in the HR field is required.
- Excellent Communication skills in both Sinhala & English (written & spoken)
- Must be familiar with labor, liaise with labor department and other related forums would be a definite advantage
- Should be a good team player & ready to work with time targets
- Ability to work under pressure
