Inbound tourism - Tour Executive

The Job Role

- Respond to incoming inquiries accurately & promptly
- Prepare creative itinerary to fulfill travelers' requirements
- Create costing for each travel request
- Take ownership of every incoming enquiry, follow up and coordinate with internal & external parties
- Make sure the tours are completed smoothly
- Maintain and update the database timely and accurately
Qualifications & Skills
• Excellent command in English both written and verbal communication is a must. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Office packages
• Age between 20-30
• A degree/professional qualification in Tourism/Hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Fluency in Japanese/Korean/Chinese/Cantonese/Other Languages will be an added advantage
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
• Customer service attitude
• Coachable & Flexible
• Proactive & Self-Organized
• Self-motivated and passionate about travel and tourism
