ZTE Lanka is looking for mature, energetic, result-oriented individuals with high team spirit to join its Project Team as Outsourcing Manager.
Outsourcing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for national outsourcing strategy and ensure that the outsourcing strategy is proceeding in projects.
- Seeking local subcontractors and is responsible for the pre-qualification.
- Involve in outsourcing certification, procurement, execution in the project.
- Responsible for organizing the subcontractor performance evaluation, and resource management.
- Be responsible for coordinating with the projects, finance, and other related business departments.
- Daily communication, problem-solving and maintaining a relationship with the subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Telecommunication, Business Management, or equivalent from a recognized University.
- More than 3 years of experience in Outsourcing projects.
- Be honest and self-discipline, has a high sense of responsibility.
- Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Be familiar with project management.
- Requires proactive interpersonal skills - Innovative and Active.
- Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding, and mastery.
- Must be a self-starter & have excellent time management skills with the ability to balance priorities and work well under schedule pressures.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
