Smart Quest CCTV Monitoring Executive
- Location: Colombo
Our client is a multinational healthcare group, which is globally active in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. They are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented individual with work experience to join their team.
Requirements:
- Maximum 2 years of experience required in the related field. Freshers can also apply.
- Male candidates below 30 years old will be preferred.
- Technically sound knowledge of CCTV cameras, wirings, and fittings.
- Knowledge of security equipment is mandatory.
- Ability to monitor CCTV screens over long periods.
- Ability to react quickly and approach responsibly with attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Good oral and written communication skills & having excellent telephone communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor the CCTV cameras of the respective center.
- Follow the standard process of notifying the center manager/reporting manager/department managers.
- Timely identification of new requirements of cameras at assigned locations.
- Marking of cameras on CCTV layout maps and updating of IP list of cameras and NVR.
- Daily check for the health status of the CCTV/surveillance system.
- Ensure that CCTV monitoring for the assigned locations happens until the end of center operations.
- Upkeep the daily/weekly/monthly record of non-compliances.
- Upkeep the VRF data shared Centre wise as per the VRF process (48hrs prior intimation and 24hrs urgent requirement).
