SITE SUPPORT ENGINEER (L1) - KILINOCHCHI
The client is a multinational apparel company, looking for an IT professional to be based in Kilinochchi. The role involves providing Hardware & Network support to the IT team. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated candidate with a good personality, committed to the job and willing to work long term with the company.
JOB ROLE
- Install & Maintain Computer Hardware and Network peripherals
- Maintain Wi-Fi Network and LAN Network
- Provide end user support
- Graphic Designing and other special activities would be an advantage
- Maintain relevant documentations
- Purchase computer items and maintaining records
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Academic & professional qualification in Computer Hardware & Networking
- Good Technical Background (Computer Networks - CCNA Preferred)
- One to two years experience in a similar capacity
- Candidates with statistical knowledge will be favorably considered
- Exceptional ability to prioritize and diagnose IT problems
