JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Planning, overseeing & implementing strategies to attract & win customers. Coordinating daily customer contacts and follow-up (e.g., sales processes, orders, and payments).
Responding to and effectively managing customer requests through formal steps & processes. Tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets - Sales & Marketing measures. Communicating with clients and evaluating their needs & achieving results. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
- Substantial knowledge in the Sales, Marketing & Business Development field is preferred.
- Qualifications in Sales, Marketing & Customer Orientation are compulsory.
- Substantial experience in the above respective field is highly mandatory.
- Outstanding personality with sale-conversion skills.
- Age between 25-40 is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, PR & communication skills.
- Ability to converse in English & Sinhala is mandatory. Tamil would be an added advantage.
