We are a ISO certified Company engaged in manufacturing high quality electrical products, lighting and cable management systems for over 40 years. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented individual to join our team to take over the challenges of the following position.
Position: Stores Executive
Location: Factory (Mathugama Industrial Zone)
Your Role
- As Stores Executive you will play a vital role having overall responsibilities of stocks of raw material and finished good, overseeing the daily operation of stores making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Taking overall responsibility of availability of raw material and finished goods at stores and update shortages
- Supervise daily warehouse including raw material and finished goods inventory, space management and productivity of goods issuing
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency
- Liaise with sale team and logistic team to issue finished good on time to meet the on-time delivery
- Maintain stock accuracy at any given time
- Be up to date with the SAP ERP with regard to stocks received and issued and stocks balance
- Provide required information and management report to the Management
Key Requirements
- Degree or diploma to the relevant field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English language
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in SAP ERP system and electrical products would be a distinct advantage
- A male candidate age between 25 - 40 years
