Highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality
Experience in marketing strategies
Able to work and lead the team
- Problem-solving skill and target-oriented
- Experienced in Front office, room operation, kitchen operation, and restaurant operations
- Maintain best practices and behaviors for employees in customer service
- Maintain online reservation system and timely management reporting
Pre-requisites
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- A diploma / degree from a hotel school will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and customer service skills
