KEY ATTRIBUTES LOOKED FOR:
- Age should be below 35 years
- Two or more years of experience in a similar capacity
- A degree and/or professional qualification in Human Resources/Business Management
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management
- Familiarity with modern HR techniques and industry standard practices
- Conversant with labor laws, industrial relations, health and safety procedures
- Excellent knowledge in MS-Office package
- Strong communication, team-building, decision-making, and people management skills
- Living within 15KM of Kiribathgoda is preferred
