- PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Procurement Management and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in the paint manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement.
- Age below 35 years.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Residence in close proximity to Gampaha.
Responsibility
- Overseeing the entire supply chain, procurement, and purchasing processes.
- Implementing and maintaining a registered supplier database.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Reviewing and analyzing all vendor/supplier options, supply sources, and pricing.
- Developing plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
- Ensuring the quality of products and supplies meets high standards.
