DevOps Engineer Intern
Role Summary:
As a DevOps Intern, you will work closely with our development and operations team to automate and streamline our operations and processes. You will build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for company projects.
- Help automate processes and operations to reduce manual interventions.
- Participate in the integration of new technologies and tools, specifically for monitoring and alerting.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation for setup, configuration, and process automation.
- Collaborate with software developers and system operators to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle.
- Learn and implement best practices in infrastructure security and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Previous experience with tools like Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and system administration principles.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- An eagerness to learn and work with various tools and technologies used in DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
