The local company, Tailor Stores International (Pvt) Ltd. (BIO approved) is the sole manufacturer and distributor for the brand "Tailor Store".
We are looking for well-educated and self-motivated smart IT Executive for direct communication with IT Team.
Designation: IT Executive
Location: Alawwa & Maho
Responsibilities for IT Executive
- Provide end-user support for all applications/Hardware/Software and service-related concerns & queries and ensure timely support.
- By Mobile Coordinating and arranging Company Mobile device / CCTV / Fingerprint Scanning Machines and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Manage and maintain the organization's server infrastructure and ensure server security and data backup.
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure including switches, routers, and access points and troubleshoot & resolve network-related issues.
Qualifications for IT Executive
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- More than 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Familiarity with ODOO system and administrative tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Be a creative and dynamic team player with a can-do attitude.
- A Smart Male between 28-30 years of age and residing around in Maho, Kurunegala, or Alawwa.
