Accounting Associate - Accounts Receivable

We are currently looking for a partly qualified, experienced, and energetic Accounting Associate for our UK client.
Qualifications
- Partly Qualified in MA or ACCA
Requirements
- Minimum one year working experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics beneficial but not essential knowledge in excel and word.
- Able to work UK hours (SL Time 1:00p.m to 9: 30p.m).
- Highly Organized, time management skills, analytical skill with strong attention to details.
- Prior work experience with a BPO company preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Raise Client invoices to local Authorities, individuals on the relevant monthly cycle by using sagesystem.
- Update remittances in Cask book and match them against the appropriate Invoices.
- Download settlement schedules from online customer portals and update as required.
- Process monthly Aged Debtors report, reconcile customer balances and update the Debtors report weekly.
- Attend to any other miscellaneous tasks as needed in Accounts Receivable.
