Intrepid Team Lead - Product PERMANENT | FULL TIME | COLOMBO, SRI LANKA

  • As the Team Lead of the Product team, you will be responsible for managing people, capacity, and processes, ensuring smooth team operations. You will motivate, train, and assess team members to maximize their potential. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in updating the management on various metrics. As a primary contact person for all team members, you will be instrumental in communicating policies and concerns, while providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders.
  • Some of the essential experience you'll have include:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in administration/customer service functions, including minimum 2+ years' experience in a senior team leader or similar role.
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Prior experience in project management and reporting
    • Proficiency in multiple systems and programs (e.g., Excel)
    • Degree in Management/Business Administration
    • Good critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
    • Travel industry experience preferred
