Project Manager - MEP (HVAC)

Take the Lead in Our Expanding Projects!

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple construction sites in the HVAC and Fire Systems. This role is pivotal for ensuring the smooth operation and success of our projects, providing leadership and direction to our site project engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of site project engineers with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on-site promptly.
  • Prepare, review, and update project schedules and progress reports.
  • Implement quality control and assurance measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of work experience in managing HVAC and/or Fire Projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing multiple construction sites.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Work Experience in the Power Generator Sector would be an added advantage.
