REQUIREMENTS
- Full or part qualification in Facilities management from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity in a high rise building environment.
- Very good working knowledge in Housekeeping and all kinds of Maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing repairs and A/C installation with Building Maintenance etc).
- Ability to lead the teams of Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance and achieve the organizational goals.
- Ability to negotiate with outside suppliers and entering into service and supply agreements.
