Vacancy for the position of Merchandising Coordinator
Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the vision to be the market leader in elevating and enriching lives in Sri Lanka.
The position holder will be responsible for the effective and efficient coordination and execution of tasks that include the BOQ process, supplier registration and management of payments, provision of supplies to shops, monitoring department budgets with related report generation, and assisting the merchandising team on renovation projects.
Personal Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Management / Business Administration or, a related Professional qualification
- A minimum of 01 Year of experience handling similar job tasks.
- Ability to manage tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office packages especially in Word and Excel.
Job Profile
- Handle the administrative functions of the department including the BOQ process (Bill of quantity) and checking final bills.
- Coordinate the provision of supplies to shops
- Managing budgets and preparation of related reports.
- Monitor payment outstanding lists and follow up on supplier payments.
- Coordinating new supplier additions, registration, and sample approval processes
- Work on renovation projects with the Merchandising team.
