- Requirements
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
- Generate sales leads by promoting travel packages and services to potential clients.
- Efficiently manage booking and reservation processes to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Create customized vacation plans tailored to the unique preferences and needs of clients.
- Promote travel packages, special deals, and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Attend travel fairs and exhibitions to represent the agency and expand its network.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in travel and tourism is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of another language such as German, French, Russian, Arabic, Italian, or Chinese would be an added advantage.
