Assistant Manager - Product Development (Dankotuwa)
The role holder will Report to the Senior Manager - Product Development and will be accountable for:
- Execution of product development plan including new product development/new packaging development.
- Product Improvements/Packaging improvements in line with the business objectives related to Non-woven products in the Feminine Hygiene Category.
- Exploration of new technologies and concepts to create a unique proposition for the products in the marketplace.
- Improve efficiency of the product development process.
- Assist to drive value engineering projects of both product & packaging to support company P&L.
- Assist in designing product formulations by using different product technologies
Who We Want
- Holder of a Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering or in the field of Physical Science.
- Overall 3 years of Work Experience and Minimum 02 years product development experience on non-woven products category.
- Sound Technical knowledge of Non-woven product manufacturing especially sanitary napkins.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD/Solid works/Solid Edge.
- Good communication skills.
