Job Description
We are hiring Production Executive at Rayin Food Products (Pvt) Ltd, a leading food manufacturer in Sri Lanka located in Kurunegala.
Responsibilities
- Production planning and controls
- Creating barrier-free work environment, line balancing
- Efficient supervision of production process to achieve targets
- Leading and motivating production team to achieve key result areas in each shift
- Training and guiding production floor employees
- Maintaining records on process performance
- Attending to people administrative functions
- Ensuring health and safety of shop floor employees
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in food science/physical science or engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience as a production executive or equivalent
- Knowledge and working experience in TPM, Lean or six sigma
- Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills
Residing close to Kurunegala is an added advantage.
