Key Responsibilities

Junior Executive - Finance

  • Ensure timely processing of payments to suppliers/vendors, adhering to company policies and authorization matrix.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and documentation before submitting to the finance controller for payment confirmation.
  • Recoding monthly revenue invoices & Maintaining revenue reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Follow up on debtor collections and manage debtor aging to optimize cash flow.
  • Support the accountant in fulfilling internal and external audit requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Handle relevant banking activities and assist the Assistant Accountant with system updates to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the Accountant to finalize monthly management accounts, providing insights and analysis as necessary.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or part qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office functions, particularly Excel.
  • Audit experience is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
