We are a leading beverage manufacturer based in Sri Lanka ventured into the domestic and international markets. As a part of business expansion and further growth with our newly launched category of products will be expanding into new markets.
About the Role
This role is all about growing sustainable sales and business. You will
- focus on customer relationships and service levels and ensure no distribution gaps in the market.
- launch new products and promotions to customers to drive commercial performance.
- drive market penetration and make the most of any opportunities in the market.
- make the most of your time through effective route planning.
The Ideal Candidate
- have a proven track record of growing sales and delivering new business in the food sector.
- have exposure to a variety of food customers and ideally have experience in the beverage market.
- able to communicate effectively and be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders, from small business owners to bigger corporate buyers.
- have knowledge of the local area, gyms, restaurants, hotels and FMCG outlets.
- be organized and able to plan effectively.
You will be driven by KPI's and delivering YOY account growth.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, as a minimum, you will need to have experience as a salesperson in the beverage / food or FMCG industry.
