Bogawantalawa Tea Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd., is a leading global marketer of world-renowned teas. With a view to expanding our international footprint we continuously seek to employ professionals with strong business acumen and dedication to excel.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic young individual who intends to pursue a career in the Procurement and Logistics field to join us immediately as an Intern - Procurement at our processing center located in Welisara.
SCOPE
Our internship programme has been designed for a period of 6 months and it provides an opportunity to gain knowledge and exposure in the full spectrum of activities related to Purchasing and Logistics Management within a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will receive the guidance and support while being trained in a real-time work setting.
APPLICANT PROFILE
- A degree, diploma, or certificate course in Purchasing and Logistics from a reputable academic or professional institute, or any degree holder who has chosen a career path in procurement
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality with a willingness to learn, methodical, and organized
- Age below 24 years
- Residing in or around Kelaniya, Kadawatha, Wattala, Welisara, Ja-Ela, and Seeduwa areas
REMUNERATION
