WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct comprehensive reviews of current company processes within the manufacturing and apparel domains, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop detailed requirements for both internal and external process enhancements, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
Serve as a liaison between the technical teams and business units, translating business needs into technical requirements, and vice versa.
Facilitate and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT FIT

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the manufacturing apparel sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
Experience in process review and optimization, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the manufacturing/apparel domain is highly advantageous.
