MERCHANDISER

With over 35 years of heritage and globally recognized as best fashion intimates, sleepwear, babywear, swimwear and more other categories supplier to ship over 400 retailers throughout the US and Canada over 14,000 store locations.
We have contracts over 60 factories in 12 countries to source and manufacture world renowned brands in USA.
SCOPE
International Intimates Inc. is looking for a Merchandiser to work closely with Vice President in Kidswear division. The primary responsibilities of the position are as follows:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Testing
- Reviewing and approving TRF's (test request form) from the factories, writing CPC (compliance product certificate) for all orders.
- Following up with factories on test reports and maintaining a digital filing system for TRF, CPC, and test reports.
- Inventory/Catalogs
- Update inventory reports regularly, maintain sales catalog.
- Maintain Sales Calendar.
- Gather Selling information.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field desirable.
Be smart and proactive.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic PC/Windows computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and multitask effectively.
Capacity to work as part of a team and independently.
Coordinate communicate with NY team and vendors in Bangladesh, China.
2+ years' experience in Apparel Industry / Production required.
