ASSISTANT MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Foreign Assignment)

We are an Airline with a multicultural work force located in the scenic seas of the Maldives. We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Business Development.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Good educational background, ideally with a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing/PR or a related field
  • Professional qualifications in Marketing/PR or a related field would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & people skills
  • Must be self-motivated, adaptable and resilient
  • Ability to respond to different situations with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently & in team settings alike

The Job Includes:

  • Creating lasting and positive relationships with existing/potential clients & stakeholders
  • Building good rapport with the media and maintaining company's media presence
  • Initiating project discussions for potential opportunities
  • Devising and coordinating internal and external events
