Housekeeping Executive

Nuwara Eliya Golf Club, with a membership exceeding 1500, invites applications for key positions. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper housework activities are carried out over the Room and clubhouse.
  • Documentation of cleaning scheduled and manage the team effectively in order to upkeep cleaning and safety standards
  • Proper Coordination of housekeeping activities with all the departments.
  • Inventory management over linen and room amenities.
  • Handing pay register in the ERP environment liaising with the Finance department.
  • Maintaining bed room book with proper documentation over stay, check-in and check-out.
  • Managing laundry activities and ensure proper maintenance of laundry equipment.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completion of GCE A/L with good command in English.
  • Minimum two-year experience in Housekeeping in a reputed organization and hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
