SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Job Scope:
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling all activities of the project to ensure it is executed within the planned budget, time frame, and quality standards, while adhering to safety and environmental requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSc. Eng)
- Chartered qualification is mandatory
- Minimum of 20 years of experience, with at least 15 years dedicated to building construction projects
- Should have experience on at least one Multimodal Transport Terminal construction project
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary approvals, consents, and instructions from the Engineer/Employer
- Facilitate the submission and receipt of all correspondence with the Employer and Engineer as required
- Prepare project-related documentation and obtain approval from the Project Director/Coordinator
- Organize resources and implement project activities according to the construction program in consultation with the Project Director/Coordinator
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Submit progress review reports at regular intervals as agreed upon with the Employer/Engineer
- Review and submit work method statements
- Submit payment applications, contractor's claims, and notifications
