Social Media Manager/Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive

Responsibilities:
- Managing OnCredit-owned social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Managing our social media content calendar, ensuring content and distribution/responses are consistent with internet culture and the OnCredit brand.
- Creation of digital content: text, photo, video, etc
- Publication of social content on various platforms.
- Holding holiday promotion
- Using analytics tools (such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to create reports.
- Track social media campaign success and provide optimization recommendations to increase engagement.
- Increasing sales from social networks
- Increase in the number of subscribers and coverage on the pages
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of one year experience in social media management and/or content creation on behalf of a brand
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop/ Figma and video editing software
- Knowledgeable in social media metrics and reporting
- Language skills: Sinhalese, English, Tamil would be added advantage
Requirements:
- Passionate about social media, internet culture, and content
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Understanding how a brand's online presence impacts its reputation
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Collaborative nature
