Bulk Merchandiser
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Supply Chain team as a Bulk Merchandiser. This role requires you to work closely with Development and Procurement Merchandisers, as well as work directly with end customer and cross functional departments to meet end goals of timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Ideal candidate should be a self-motivated team player, with excellent communication, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Role & Responsibility
- Owner of order critical path.
- Coordinating with Procurement team to make sure all RM in house as per agreed timelines.
- Managing Critical Path to meet all events prior or on-time to set target dates.
- Getting Required Information for Production and pass down to production team.
- Coordinating with Planning / Production & Procurement team and achieve 100% OTD.
- Manage the committed production Capacity with planning team with minimum deviation.
- Customer communication on critical path activities, production status and shipments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent and active team player.
- IT literacy, Numerical and Analytical Skills.
- Past work experience managing direct customers and lingerie products will be an added advantage.
