We are looking for
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - FMCG
We are actively seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our health and hygiene product lines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies specifically tailored for the Health & Hygiene sector.
- Lead, inspire, and guide the national sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers within the health and hygiene industry.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing strategic insights to the executive team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing efforts.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to enhance market competitiveness in health and hygiene products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales, or a related field; MBA is advantageous. Proven success as a Sales Manager in the Health & Hygiene sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of the health and hygiene market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel nationally.
