Shanti Adventure Tours Pvt. Ltd - Shanti Travel (A Jetwing Group Company) is a fast developing e-Travel Agency. We are making individual tailor made tours for French, German, Spanish and English speaking travelers. We have offices in India, Indonesia, Philippine, Japan, France, Sri Lanka etc. The work environment is very international and we are constantly looking for ambitious people to join our team in Colombo (Sri Lanka). Presently we are looking for:
Inbound Trainee Tour Executive
Purpose:
- Support the Sales Team by providing fast, accurate and competitive Quotations in Toogo & Odys
- Create and manage all reservations and confirmations of travel services
- Manage the Travel file from quotation creation to file closing
General profile:
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive person passionate about travel industry
- Fluency in English Language
- Great organization and time management skills
- Should be able work under pressure, especially in peak season
- Previous experience as a tour executive (inbound), not a must
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- School Leavers are also welcome
Objectives:
- To become the main link between the Travel Advisor & the Service providers (Hotel / Transport / others) and take full command on the files
- To provide error free services to guests on one hand and to support sales team on the other hand
