People Operations Intern

The Intern will gain practical experience in various people functions, including employer branding, database management, template updates, performance management support, and project coordination. This role offers exposure to diverse HR projects and initiatives, providing valuable skills development and learning opportunities within a professional setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating new joiner information and support initiatives aimed at enhancing employer branding.
  • Conduct hygiene checks on recruitee database, ensuring completeness.
  • Maintain and update recruitee/candidate-related templates and communication materials.
  • Develop and update consultant profiles for external resources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform hygiene checks and updates on the skill matrix and virtual bench to support resource planning.
  • Assist with the performance management process.
  • Understand various roles within the company and collaborate with teams to develop detailed job descriptions (JDS).
  • Review standard response templates and provide relevant responses to LinkedIn queries on the company page.
  • Assist in a CRM project by contributing to data management and system enhancements.
  • Provide general support to the PeopleOps team, contributing to various HR projects and tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
