Head of Liability Products Mobilization
Location: Head Office
The Ideal Candidate Should Have the Following Profile:
- Build and manage a healthy liability (Deposits and Investment) portfolio, meeting predefined targets.
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the workflow of Deposit Mobilization with respective Officers.
- Conduct deposit mobilization and promotional programs in an effective manner.
- Initiate the development and introduction of attractive/novelty value-added deposit products to enhance profitability.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a Senior Management Level
- Sound knowledge of Deposit Mobilization, lending/financial products/credit evaluation, business development, and Market Insights is a must.
